Trauma can keep us spontaneously reacting in our current life as if the danger from our past is still happening. We are easily overwhelmed. We check-out, or react unkindly to ourselves and others.
I help people learn to be aware of when they are triggered, to get connected with their experience in the present moment, to center and ground again, and to regulate their nervous system.
I witness people move from the rigidity and chaos of the trauma tangle, to states of clarity that allow for more self-support, empowered action and capacity for calm.
